Process Overview
Involves selecting a project, investing, filing petitions (Form I-526E and I-829), and obtaining a green card, which may take 2-5 years.
Our Offerings
Invest in our USCIS-approved TEA real estate projects, designed to meet EB5 requirements with professional management.
Understanding the EB5 Visa Program
The EB5 Visa Program, established in 1990 and updated by the EB5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022, encourages foreign investment in the U.S. economy by offering permanent residency to investors and their families. By investing a minimum amount in a U.S. commercial enterprise that creates at least 10 jobs, investors can secure a green card for themselves, their spouse, and unmarried children under 21. Administered by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the program includes options for direct investments or investments through USCIS-approved regional centers like ours, which pool funds for impactful real estate projects in Targeted Employment Areas (TEAs). The Regional Center Program is authorized through September 30, 2027.
Benefits of the EB5 Visa
Permanent Residency
Live, work, and study anywhere in the U.S., with a path to citizenship after meeting residency requirements.
Family Inclusion
Spouses and unmarried children under 21 can obtain green cards.
Investment Opportunity
Support our TEA real estate projects, with potential financial returns, though immigration is the primary goal.
No Strict Eligibility Barriers
No age, language, or education requirements; only proof of lawful funds is needed.
